Get some natural sunlight. While it might be less available, it is still out there. Make an effort to get some sun. Our skin turns this into Vitamin D, which helps regular serotonin – which is our happy neurotransmitter!

Self-care is imperative. Drink your water. Eat something nutritional. Exercise regularly. These things will help your mood.
