About my Work

I provide therapy exclusively through secure telehealth, offering flexible and accessible care for clients who prefer virtual services. I bring an empathetic, respectful, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can speak openly and feel supported while working through life’s challenges.

I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) through MCBAP and am trauma-informed with extensive experience supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Clients often come to me for support with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, major life transitions, stress management, anger management, emotion regulation, body image concerns, and self-esteem building. I also work with individuals navigating recovery, substance use concerns, and the emotional complexities that often accompany long-term change.

My therapy style is collaborative and individualized. I strongly believe that effective treatment is not “one size fits all,” and I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Strengths-Based perspective to help clients build insight, develop practical coping tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Clients can expect a supportive and compassionate therapy experience focused on understanding their story, identifying strengths, and building strategies that support emotional balance and growth. My goal is to help clients feel safe, empowered, and confident as they move forward—at a pace that feels right for them.
