Angela Girard (she/her) holds a Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University.
Her clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and other evidence-based interventions, with ongoing continuing education in current and emerging treatment approaches.
In addition to her clinical work, Angela serves as Clinical Appointment Faculty and a Field Instructor at Michigan State University, as well as a Field Instructor at Saginaw Valley State University.
