About my Work

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, genuine, and grounded in real connection. My approach is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are—without judgment, pressure, or expectation to have everything figured out.

I especially love working with young adults and older adults who are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the sometimes overwhelming process of adjusting to adulthood and beyond. Whether you’re facing changes in relationships, career, family roles, or simply trying to understand yourself better, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and grow. I also work with a small number of teens and older children (ages 12 and up), supporting them through emotional, social, and developmental challenges.

One of the most important parts of my work is building a strong therapeutic relationship. I value taking the time to truly get to know you before diving into deeper work. Therapy isn’t about rushing to “fix” things—it’s about creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. This allows me to tailor sessions to each individual, blending practical tools with compassion, curiosity, and an understanding of how past experiences can shape the present.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a proud mom to a sweet four-month-old baby girl and love spending time with my family. Becoming a parent has deepened my appreciation for connection, resilience, and the many seasons of growth we move through in life—both personally and professionally.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you, honor your pace, and create a space where you can show up as you are, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
