I provide compassionate and effective mental health support. With extensive experience working with couples, adults, young adults, and the elderly. I try to understand my client’s as unique, and I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, addiction, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma informed, evidence based and person-centered. This includes drawing on my background in psychological theory, existentialism, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also completed level one training in Gottman Method Therapy to help couples build actionable skill-building in everyday friendship, emotional intimacy, and managing conflict. She is committed to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore their emotions and work toward change.
